Cyber technology, biotechnology, robotics, and other advances in technology have clearly made our world better. But technology is power, and in the wrong hands it has the potential to wreck havoc on individuals and societies. How do you govern a world in which anyone can attack anyone from anywhere? 

Joining Mindy Todd on The Point to talk about the technologies of attack and potential threats is Gabriella Blum, professor of human rights and international humanitarian law at the Harvard Law School and co-director of the Harvard Law School Brookings Project on Law and Security.  She’s also the co- author of The Future of Violence, Robots and Germs, Hackers and Drones Confronting the New Age of Threat
