The News Roundup: this weeks top news stories, discussed by Sean Corcoran and his news colleagues. A contaminant (dioxane) has been found in Eastham elementary school water. Eleven teachers have been laid off at the Dennis-Yarmouth school district. A lethal drug mixture is increasing the overdose rates in the area. New flood maps will vastly increase the number of properties that fall under conservation jurisdiction. And the Division of Marine Fisheries wants to tighten rules on fishing for striped bass.
