Valentines weekend brings plenty to do, with some great opportunities for hearing live music. The "Shelter from the Storm" concert has become an annual benefit event, involving almost 200 students from across the Cape. The show is Friday at the Tilden Arts Center. If you want to snuggle in the dark and watch a movie, the Martha's Vineyard Film Center has a Valentine's night screening of Romeo and Juliet - it's the Broadway show, with orlando Boom and Condola Rashad, captured in its final performance. And a number of concerts this weekend offer some very different music: the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra is taking on Billy Joel and Elton John in its show "Piano men". On Saturday, jazz vocalist Catherine Russell is at the First Congregational Church in Wellfleet for a show sponsored by the Payomet Performing Arts Center. And Terry Sylvester, an iconic voice from the late60s /early 70s, performs in a very intimate setting on Saturday night: the Cultural center of Cape Cod in Yarmouth.
