William Rugh, a Board Member of the Middle East Policy Council, the Public Diplomacy Council, and Adjunct Scholar at the Middle East Institute in Washington D.C.

He was Ambassador and served as a U.S. Foreign Service officer in the Middle East for over 30 years.
