Starting next fall, students who enroll at Cape Cod Community College can take part in a new program aimed at helping them get a bachelor's degree while also keeping costs down.
The program, called Commonwealth Commitment, allows students to lock in tuition rates and also get a 10 percent rebate for each semester they complete at the community college and state university level.
Students have to complete their degree within four years though, and keep a 3.0 grade point average. Kathryn Eident talked with College president John Cox to learn more about the program's requirements.
