Cape and Islands Spared Worst of Storm

As the slow-moving storm begins to pull away, it appears the Cape coastline caught a break. Wind gusts did not peak as high as anticipated, meaning erosion was not so drastic as feared. Meteorologist Phil Burt of CapeCodWeather.netexplains what happened with the wind, and marvels at the spotty distribution of snow accumulation across our region, while Talking Weather on All Things Considered.
